Each User acknowledges that no purchase and sale transactions will be transacted using the site and that they are fully assuming the risks of liability or harm of any kind in connection with subsequent trading activity of any kind relating to products or services that are negotiated outside the boundaries of and independent of the site. Such risks shall include, but are not limited to, mis-representation of products and services, fraudulent schemes, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet specifications, defective or dangerous products, unlawful products, delay or default in delivery or payment, cost mis-calculations, breach of warranty, breach of contract and transportation accidents. Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We do not make any promise that the materials on the fdi-trade.com site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom and using the fdi-trade.com site from territories where its use or material or contents is unlawful is prohibited.

Miscellaneous

In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to any transaction with another User, outside of the boundaries of and independent to the site , such User agrees to release and indemnify fdi-trade.com (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.

Any registered user who forwards content or uploads content onto the fdi-trade.com site hereby represents, warrants and agrees to (a) provide fdi-trade.com with true, accurate, current and complete information to be displayed on the Site and (b) maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. f. be defamatory, libellous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;

g. be obscene or contain or infer any pornography or sex-related merchandising or any other content or otherwise promotes sexually explicit materials or is otherwise harmful to minors

h. promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

i. contain any material that constitutes unauthorized advertising or harassment (including but not limited to spamming), invades anyone's privacy or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation;

j. solicit business from any Users in connection with a commercial activity that competes with fdi-trade.com;

k. contain any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes that have the effect of damaging, interfering with, intercepting or expropriating any software or hardware system, data or personal information;

l. link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services or other materials that violate any law or regulation or are prohibited under this Agreement;

m. otherwise create any liability for fdi-trade.com or its affiliates.
